• Minimum 5 years experience in Senior Housing management as Executive Director or Administrator.
• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
• Work history that supports ability to hire, direct and manage associates.
