Nealy Pierce, LLC has been engaged by a regional leading Hospital in the Pacific Northwest to help identify, attract, and hire a Direc! tor for their Emergency Department. This individual will oversee both Clinical and Operations aspects with a Clinical Coordinator directly supporting them. Will supervise a unionized team of over 70 RN's for an Emergency Department that receives over 45,000 visits per year. The position reports to the CNO and will be very autonomous with strong support from administration.
