Infinity Rehab is now hiring for on-call Physical Therapists wh! o are clinically driven and self-motivated for Safe Have Care Center, a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility in Pocatello, Idaho. You will work with a multidisciplinary therapy department that offers sub-acute inpatient therapy to a variety of patients with conditions such as hip fractures, neurological disorders, Alzheimer’s and/or orthopedic.
