We have a new employment opportunity for a Registered Nurse MDS Coordinator (RNAC) for a progressive senior care
organization in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We seek a skilled MDS Coordinator with clinical
reimbursement, MDS 3.0, and case mix experience.

This position requires an experienced RN who is familiar with MDS 3.0, care planning, and
providing comprehensive assessments in a SNF environment.

Salary will be dependent upon professional experience.

The successful candidate will be a long term care reimbursement expert. We require a
nurse with stron! g management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
