Job Responsibilities
Our nursing assistants provide direct care for their patients and residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse on an ongoing basis. With a variety of acuity levels and therapeutic programs, our nursing assistants care for a diverse patient mix in a fast-paced environment
Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA , Nurse Aide, Caregiver
Job Requirements :
- Valid Nursing Assistant certification / license in good standing with the state, CNA , STNA, LNA
- Caring bedside manner
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use electronic medical records
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact in a tactful and respectful manner with residents, family members and visitors
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize duties
- Ability to understand and follow regulations, policies and procedures
