A fabulous opportunity for a Nurse Director of Case Management is available at a Magnet hospital in the scenic Idaho Panhandle.

The Utilization M! anagement Director will oversee the entire case management department. A tight knit staff of 15 FTE’s will support the Care Management Director. The UM Director works closely with and reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.

The Nurse Director of Case Management will consult and collaborate with other Nurse Directors, Administration, Physicians, and Nursing Staff in the areas of Resource Management and Utilization Review. The Nurse Director of Utilization Review will perform cost saving analyses while promoting the highest quality of patient care. The CCM Director will revise policies to maintain quality outcomes and exceed performance standards.
