Description: Portneuf Medical Center is looking of LPN - Pre-Surgery Clinic right now, this vacancy will be placed in Idaho. For complete informations about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. This position, under the supervision of the physician’s and NP/PA’s, is accountable for the provision of safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective care to the patients of the clinic. The care is delivered in compliance with hospital policies and procedures, legal, and regulatory standards. Continuously monitors, documents, and consults with the physicians and NP/PAs on significant/ abnormal findings and/or problems. Participates in the development and modification of the plan of care. Identifies patient and family learning needs and reinforces teaching using effective tools. Participates in evaluating patient responses to interventions, reports findings to the physicians and NP/PAs, and assists in modification of care plan.

Requirements

Must have completed a technical program in nursing and successfully passed a licensing exam. Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Idaho. Must be IV certified. Must have CPR certification.
