The Registered Nurse demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. The Nurse mu! st assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, and implement and evaluate nursing care for a specific patient or group of patients. Basic clinical nursing skills. Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with physicians/colleagues and to provide appropriate instruction to patients and family members. Must possess effective problem-solving skills.Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred. Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing. Current Healthcare provider Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification required.
Graduate Nurses are NOT eligible for this position.
