Location: Nampa Idaho

This position is responsible for creating and implementing training certificate programs that provide the necessary skills and knowledge to students seeking careers in the he! alth care field utilizing partnerships with health care industry personnel to create TAC committees and contracts for internships, healthcare service, etc. The director will supervise a team that delivers and supports these programs to help students achieve success within a short time-frame.

This is a full-time exempt position with a salary of $64,000 to $70,400.

Essential Functions

  • Identify and anticipate employment trends/shifts, then create and implement programs that provide the necessary skills students need to fill these positions.
  • Develop and administe! r the delivery of open enrollment and custom/contract training! programs; develop and administer marketing and promotion activities; offer appropriate content and manage direct and indirect costs to meet forecasted budget income.
  • Manage the financial success of the program by ensuring revenues meet or exceed program specific direct, indirect and overhead expenses.
  • Research and analyze competitive programming in the region.
  • Actively seek out grant-funding opportunities. Prepare grant proposals and administer grant-funded projects.
  • Actively seek out program support donations.
  • Analyze, identify and submit programs that would be appropriate for articulation to PTE programs.
  • Create and maintain healthy community clinical relationships.
  • Supervise the staff that deliver and administers the courses in the health program.
Develop and utilize systems that assure consistent policy management, quality control both with staff and in the classroom/online, and tracking budgets ! and goals.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in nursing or health management.

  • 5 years related experience.
  • Workforce development and/or adult training experience.
Experience in creating budgets, tracking income and expenses for multiple programs.

  • Marketing and economic development trend experience.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a successful team
Superior Candidates
Private and institutional health management experience

Excellent Excel or other budget-type program experience

Experience operating multiple programs, over 4,000 students and $1.5 Mil. Revenue.
