Registered Nurse Coordinator - House Supervisor

Location: Burley Idaho

Description: Intermountain Home Care is currently interviewing Registered Nurse Coordinator - House Supervisor right now, this occupation will be placed in Idaho. The RN - Coordinator II provides clinical expertise and leadership to their shift and / or department. Accountable for coordinat! ion of unit resources to ensure that staffing to census / acuity is appropriate both clinically and financially. As a part of line management, this role will have significant leadership responsibilities, including several of the following: scheduling, maintenance of staff competencies, new employee selection / orientation, constructive discipline, and completion of annual employee performance reviews. The RN Coordinator II supports and enforces unit policies / procedures to ensure safe, efficient and effective patient care.

This position is from 11pm to 7am, full time and rotating weekends.

Minimum Requirements

Current RN License in state of practice

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (degree will be verified)

Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

Unit specific certification as required (i.e., ACLS, PALS, etc.)

2 years of clinical nursing experience

Exp! erience in assigned clinical area

Leadership and ment! oring experience

Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements

Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical nursing setting.
