RN - Interventional Radiology
Location: Portneuf Idaho
Description: Portneuf Medical Center is at present recruited RN - Interventional Radiology right now, this position will be placed in Idaho. Further informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Responsible to provide quality nursing care to the patients of the Interventional Radiology Lab, including assessment, communication, teaching, leadership, and management. Areas ! where the nurse may function are: Interventional Radiology Lab, special procedures, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, computerized tomography, and MRI, as well as assist with transporting, monitoring, and caring for critical patients from other areas of the hospital.
Requirements
Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Idaho. Additionally, the incumbent must have critical care training and experience and must remain current in critical care nursing skills and patient assessment techniques. Incumbent must hold current BLS and ACLS certification, be knowledgeable in physical assessment, aseptic techniques, IV skills and isolation techniques. Must have basic knowledge of interventional procedures and radiation safety. Must demonstrate mature judgment, initiative, and be able to work without direct supervision interfacing with a variety of professional and ancillary personnel. Must present a positive attitude and professional appearance.
