This is an exciting opportunity for the right family medicine physician to join a growing team of physicians and be part of the Saint Alphonsus Health System and Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG). SAMG has an excellent opportunity for a board certified or board eligible family medicine physician to join a robust clinic-based practice. The growing multi-specialty clinics employ family medicine, occupational medicine, pediatrics and urgent care providers.
The selected physician will practice full-spectrum family medicine with or without OB and will have the opportunity to perform numerous procedures. Our clinics serve a diverse population including some refugees and the underserved. The physician! will have privileges at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Cent! er, and will be licensed in Idaho and Oregon to maintain and strengthen the health system’s family medicine program across all communities we serve.
We greatly value the input and leadership of our physicians. Our doctors hire their partners and encourage each physician to actively participate in department meetings, SAMG leadership council and in matters of practice/service line development. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care and work cooperatively with associates and other providers. The physician must also be willing to oversee and supervise physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
