Location: Idaho Falls Idaho
Description: Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center is at present recruited RN - Infusion right now, this occupation will be placed in Idaho. Detailed specification about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. Provides all aspects of nursing care as they relate to outpatient infusion therapy and maintains accurate paper flow to ensure effective patient care as it relates to outpatient infusion ! therapy.
Assesses all patients who present requesting treatment through the use of the nursing process. Is responsible for providing up-to-date, timely, and comprehensive nursing care.
Coordinates acute care and necessary follow-up with other staff members, other departments, Emergency Department physicians, the patient’s primary care physician and all others as necessary.
Acts as a liaison for referring physicians of outpatient infusion therapy patients.
Qualifications
Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Must maintain current State Registered Nurse license, CPR for Healthcare Providers certification and hospital mandatory education and training.
Has frequent interaction with physicians, nursing staff, other departments, patients and their families. Must have sensitivity, maturity, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Will follow assigned unit dress code and present a profess! ional image at all times.
