Complex Care Hospital of Idaho, a Vibra Healthcare managed facility, is a beautiful, state-of-the-art, 60-bed hospital, conveniently located in the middle of the “Treasur! e Valley” just south of I-84 off Eagle Road in Meridian. Our hospital specializes in the treatment of medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization. We are passionate about giving our patients the best chance at recovery from acute injury or illness by providing early and aggressive intervention in a critical care setting.

Complex Care Hospital of Idaho is seeking an experienced Clinical Liaison to join our team.

The Clinical Liaison will work closely with hospital leadership to identify potential patients for admission to Complex Care, and will perform required clinical assessments on patients requiring skilled nursing, long-term acute or specialty services. Assessments will be completed in a timely fashion, preferably on site which will include chart review, patient interview/assessment, communication with case manager, physician, nursing and other involved interdisciplinary team members, as well as family as needed. The Liaison will ! proactively identify and develop potential referral sources an! d maintain contacts with established referral sources in order to achieve targeted admission goals. Referral source development and maintenance is a critical aspect to the position. Clincal Liaison, RN, LPN, RT

The ideal clinical liaison will be licensed in nursing or respiratory therapy, with the ability successfully manage numerous priorities, traveling within a wide market area, is a phenomenal patient advocate, can work both independently and as a team member, has outstanding interpersonal skills and welcomes a challenge. As a Clinical Liaison, you will routinely work with clients, Physicians, Nurses, Case Managers/Discharge Planners, patients and their families.

Qualifications for Clinical Liaisons:
Current Idaho RN licensure required.
ICU/CCU, LTACH or Rehab experience is ideal, but not required.
Marketing/sales experience in Pharmaceutical, DME, Home Health or other healthcare/medical setting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in ! related field preferred.
Relationship building skills, negotiating skills a must.
Unrestricted drivers license required.
